Notes about charges for each license

Each license is pro rated for the first month meaning that your first invoice will include the remainder of the current month + 1 month (if ordering the monthly term) or the remainder of the current month + 12 months (if ordering the annual term)

When placing your initial order for an Annual term, you will see a Vendor Billing Sync of $12.50 per license. This is a workaround we have in place so that our ordering system charges you for 1 additional month to remain in sync with Microsoft Billing. We will adjust your renewal date for 1 month longer. In short, your first invoice is prorated for the rest of the current month + 12 full months
