cPanel has finally released PHP 7.4 as a part of EasyApache. We have installed it on all of our Shared, Ecommerce and Business Servers. PHP 7.4 is not automatically installed on the VPS Servers. You can either provision it using EasyApache or open a support ticket to have us take care of it for you.

To switch to this version, 2 things need to happen:

1) Make sure your website software is updated to fully support PHP 7.4 If you are unsure, consult with your website developer. All updated WordPress websites should work properly unless you have heavily customized themes and/or plugins which need to be thoroughly tested.

2) Use PHP MultiPHP Manager to switch to PHP 7.4. Making this change does not require a backup and it can be easily reversed if you find out your website doesn't support it yet. See this article for more information:
